If you have been added to a Microsoft Group, or a Microsoft SharePoint site with a Document Library you would like to synchronise to your computer using OneDrive. You will then be able to access the files and folders using Windows Explorer.
Option 1 - Through Microsoft Outlook
- From your Outlook, scroll down the left menu under your mailbox, you will see a list of the Groups you are a member of, the name of the example Group below is "Update Of Comms Plan"
- Click the Group you would like to sync files from, and then in the top menu of outlook you will see the following menu. Choose the "Files". Your internet browser will then open the SharePoint document library.
- From the top menu, click the "Sync" button and you will see a small pop up box letting you know the files and folders are syncing to your computer.
- You will see the folders in your Explorer as usual.
